Service Revenue Operation

<h2>Job description</h2> <ul> <li>Work closely with the accounting, delivery and sales teams to streamline processes and facilitate effective communication</li> <li>Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the service revenue operations;</li> <li>Use data and analytics to measure and forecast revenue data, including tracking key metrics;</li> <li>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process;</li> <li>Assist with SOX audit-related tasks;</li> <li>Other ad hoc service revenue operation related tasks;</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>At least 1 years of work experience in service revenue operations or a related field</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to discover and fix potential risks.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, able to frequently adjust priorities and help the team out wherever needed.</li> <li>Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of the service operation process and the company’s target audience and goals.</li> <li>High attention to details.</li> <li>Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.</li> <li>Experience with software industry is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>Educationally, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is typically required.
