This is a hands-on, entry-level role that combines warehouse organization, material coordination, and occasional field support.</p> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></p> <p><strong>GREAT PAY&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Earn&nbsp;a competitive wage of<strong> $18.00-21.00 per hour</strong>, depending on skill level and experience.</p> <p><strong>BENEFITS &amp; PERKS</strong></p> <p>Health and dental benefits, an RRSP matching program, free Friday breakfasts, and employee/family events that bring us together.</p> <p><strong>STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE</strong></p> <p>You can expect to work Monday through Friday with full-time hours.</p> <p><strong>OUR IDEAL SHOP HAND:</strong></p> <p>We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Class 5 driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and a clean driver's abstract</li> <li>Physically able to lift at least 50lbs and perform physical labour</li> <li>Basic mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required&nbsp;</li> <li>Previous warehouse or material handling experience is an asset</li> <li>Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC material is a strong asset</li> <li>Exceptional communication</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment</li> <li>Comfortable working both in the shop and supporting in the field</li> </ul> <p>And who can manage these responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain organization of shop and small warehouse space, keeping it clean, safe and functional</li> <li>Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials and parts</li> <li>Prepare and stage materials for upcoming jobs</li> <li>Track basic inventory and flag low stock items</li> <li>Pick up materials and equipment from suppliers and ensure accuracy of orders before leaving vendors</li> <li>Deliver parts and materials to job sites as needed</li> <li>Assist technicians on job sites when required, supporting basic labour tasks (material handling, site prep, clean-up)</li> </ul> <p><strong>ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?</strong></p> <p>At Wiehler teamwork means real support, learning is part of the job, and personal accountability drives the excellence we’re known for.
