Key Responsibilities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential service.
- Expertise in Residential Electrical Systems: Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Sales & Communication Skills: A talent for identifying additional service needs and explaining solutions clearly and persuasively to customers; experience with upselling and cross-selling is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to execute tasks with precision and thoroughness, reflecting our “Details Matter” core value.
