<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on across multiple modules.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong grasp of scripting, Glide API, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server).</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">ServiceNow CTA or multiple CIS certifications.</span></li>
