And that’s just the beginning.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior ServiceNow Developer</strong> with hands-on experience in <strong>Catalog Development, ITSM, and CSM modules</strong>, along with <strong>integration expertise</strong>. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable solutions, working across modules, and supporting enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations.</p> <p>Experience in <strong>automation and CMDB-driven design patterns</strong> is highly valued, especially in environments involving phased transformations and multi-client support.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>🔹 ServiceNow Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop <strong>Service Catalog items</strong>, workflows, flows, and UI policies</li> <li>Build and enhance solutions in <strong>ITSM (Incident, Change, Request, Problem)</strong> and <strong>CSM modules</strong></li> <li>Implement reusable components and optimize platform performance</li> </ul> <p><strong>🔹 Catalog &amp; Workflow Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop <strong>dynamic catalog forms</strong> with client-specific logic</li> <li>Configure <strong>approval workflows, Flow Designer, and automation rules</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>🔹 Integration &amp; Data Handling</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage <strong>integrations using APIs</strong></li> <li>Handle data transformation, mapping, and validation</li> </ul> <p><strong>🔹 Platform Customization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop <strong>Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts</strong></li> <li>Customize <strong>Portals / UI Builder components</strong></li> <li>Ensure adherence to <strong>ServiceNow best practices</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>🔹 Collaboration &amp; Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with <strong>cross-functional teams</strong></li> <li>Participate in design discussions and solution reviews</li> <li>Support <strong>UAT, deployment, and post-production fixes</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;Required Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p> <p><strong>Core Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong hands-on experience in:</li> <ul> <li><strong>Service Catalog development</strong></li> <li><strong>ITSM and CSM modules</strong></li> </ul> <li>Solid scripting skills:</li> <ul> <li>JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)</li> <li>Glide APIs</li> </ul> <li>Experience in:</li> <ul> <li>Flow Designer</li> <li>REST API integrations</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Platform Knowledge</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good understanding of:</li> <ul> <li>Role-based access &amp; entitlements</li> <li>ServiceNow architecture &amp; performance optimization</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Certifications (Mandatory)</strong></p> <ul> <li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)</li> <li>At least one of:</li> <ul> <li>Certified Application Developer (CAD)</li> <li>CSM or ITSM Implementation Specialist</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Good to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exposure to <strong>AI capabilities in ServiceNow</strong> (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI features)</li> <li>Experience in <strong>automation-first design approaches</strong></li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>enterprise service portals or UI Builder</strong></li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>Agile/Scrum delivery models</strong></li> <li>Experience working in <strong>multi-client or shared platform environments</strong> preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Shift Timings:</strong> 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
