Join us.</p> <h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>In the position of Product Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership, design, roadmap execution,&nbsp;and hands-on development. Define platform strategy and actively delivers solutions. Serve as the platform authority,&nbsp;ensuring platform capabilities are aligned to business processes, properly engineered, and continuously enhanced to&nbsp;meet global enterprise needs. Accountable for delivering outcomes through a combination of direct hands-on work and&nbsp;oversight of vendor-delivered solutions.</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>ServiceNow:&nbsp;Own the ServiceNow platform including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human&nbsp;Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), configuration management database (CMDB), and third-party integrations. Own and&nbsp;drive the ServiceNow roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities.</li> <li>Define architecture standards and governance frameworks. Translating business requirements into scalable, secure,&nbsp;and maintainable technical solutions</li> <li>Assess existing systems and recommend upgrades, migrations, or modernization strategies.</li> <li>Govern execution across internal teams and vendors.</li> <li>Develop workflows, integrations, and data models for system. Implement integrations across enterprise systems.</li> <li>Ensure process-first design and standard workflows.</li> <li>Own vendor Delivery &amp; statement of work (SOW) Management. Own vendor delivery under SOWs.</li> <li>Approve designs and enforce architecture standards.</li> <li>Ensure global consistency across regions and business units.</li> <li>Drive key project indicator improvements, automation, and platform adoption.</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science or related field</li> <li>5+ years of experience in ServiceNow management</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in owning platform operations and managing vendor&nbsp;delivery</li> <li>Experience in development of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, CMDB design, CSDM,&nbsp;integrations</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
