About the role:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and quality of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ServiceNow platform, a deep understanding of software development principles, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be working in close collaboration with the Developers, Functional Analysts and Product Owners.
Which tasks can you expect?
Understand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, functional teams, Support Squad, Product and Business Owners.
Create test strategies, plans, and cases for various modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc.
Define test scenarios for workflows, integrations, and customizations.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Generate testing reports and and maintain test documentation.
Validate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts, and APIs.
Test upgrades and patches to ensure smooth platform updates.
Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with developers to ensure they are resolved.
Assessing readiness to deploy each release.
Creating complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Taking ownership and doing close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are met.
What do you have to offer?
Degree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience.
3-5 years of experience in QA/Testing roles, particularly with ServiceNow Projects.
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in working in Agile squads. Working in international environment is considered as a plus.
Attention to detail for identifying and documenting bugs.
ITIL framework understanding & experience in ITSM processes and workflows.
Being a team player and flexible.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).
Proactive and can-do attitude.
