About the role
Responsibilities:
- Manage production operations, coordinate production staff and ensure the quality and profitability of products.
- Ensure production build schedule and goals is met.
- Trains the workforce for production. Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
- Ensure production staff in a shift are disciplined and trained to procedure according to the quality standards, ISO 13485 and GMP regulations.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor time to time.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in manufacturing field or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.
- Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.
