safety, quality, and productivity goals are met</li> <li data-section-id="1ggx7lj" data-start="1314" data-end="1405">Prepare daily shipping schedules and adjust labor assignments based on production demands</li> <li data-section-id="tu9j0e" data-start="1406" data-end="1493">Conduct daily team meetings using visual management tools and KPI performance metrics</li> <li data-section-id="1d8k3il" data-start="1494" data-end="1581">Monitor department performance and maintain accurate production and departmental data</li> <li data-section-id="1ds2su1" data-start="1582" data-end="1675">Support and lead Continuous Improvement initiatives utilizing Kaizen and PDCA methodologies</li> <li data-section-id="1uw1xr4" data-start="1676" data-end="1764">Develop and maintain standardized work instructions and train team members accordingly</li> <li data-section-id="1o32zex" data-start="1765" data-end="1838">Utilize and train employees on internal systems, including Navision ERP</li> <li data-section-id="1bnpz0q" data-start="1839" data-end="1919">Coordinate staffing coverage to support absences and changing production needs</li> <li data-section-id="9zooo3" data-start="1920" data-end="2022">Partner with Production, Materials, Customer Service, and leadership teams to resolve issues quickly</li> <li data-section-id="1227ku3" data-start="2023" data-end="2095">Coach, motivate, and develop team members in a high-volume environment</li> <li data-section-id="i0gvdy" data-start="2096" data-end="2160">Support employee evaluations and skill development initiatives</li> data-end="2337">Prepare shipping paperwork and Bills of Lading when supporting Shipping Clerk responsibilities</li> <li data-section-id="bomnt1" data-start="2338" data-end="2411">Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transportation providers</li> <li data-section-id="8upe7u" data-start="2412" data-end="2498">Audit shipping documents, transportation charges, and carrier paperwork for accuracy</li> <li data-section-id="zl6iv7" data-start="2499" data-end="2593">Ensure flawless daily execution while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment</li> <li data-section-id="1ntyy7s" data-start="2594" data-end="2657">Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards</li> <li data-section-id="17qkjzp" data-start="2658" data-end="2692">Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="13nxqlv" data-start="2694" data-end="2728">We're looking for someone with:</h2> <ul data-start="2730" data-end="3591"> <li data-section-id="9gfqq" data-start="2730" data-end="2767">High School Diploma or GED required</li> <li data-section-id="6qcssj" data-start="2768" data-end="2853">Two years of higher education in a related field or equivalent experience preferred</li> <li data-section-id="1f8j4nb" data-start="2854" data-end="2941">Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping environment</li> <li data-section-id="k4ax35" data-start="2942" data-end="2987">5+ years of leadership experience preferred</li> <li data-section-id="1u483f0" data-start="2988" data-end="3019">Forklift operating experience</li> <li data-section-id="1cpi14r" data-start="3020" data-end="3068">Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li data-section-id="qct0s" data-start="3069" data-end="3139">Experience creating and documenting procedures and work instructions</li> <li data-section-id="fxocbb" data-start="3140" data-end="3190">Strong customer service and interpersonal skills</li> <li data-section-id="12yvsg3" data-start="3191" data-end="3262">Ability to build trust, credibility, and engagement with team members</li> <li data-section-id="zepkgy"
