About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with purchases in a friendly manner.
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Issue EFD receipts for every sale.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and availability.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Uphold shop safety and hygiene standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Certificate/ Diploma.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, polite, and presentable.
- Experience in retail is an added advantage.
