Why Oltre?
Oltre Castings & Design manufactures premium cast stone fireplace surrounds and custom architectural concrete for luxury homes across the country. We're a Salem-based company that has grown every year since 2021. Our current Operations Manager started on the shop floor as a laborer — that's the model we invest in. If you take pride in building something with your hands and want to be part of a company where your craftsmanship actually matters, this is the place.
What You’ll Do
Full-time shop role at Oltre Castings & Design supporting our GFRC production line. Responsibilities include mixing, pouring, demolding, general shop duties, and keeping the job site clean and organized.

• Assist with the installation of finished products
What We’re Looking For
• Reliable and punctual — that’s #1
• Willing to learn and pitch in wherever needed
• Able to follow instructions and recipes precisely.
• Hands-on work experience — construction, manufacturing, production shop,
masonry, or similar — strongly preferred. Experienced applicants get priority. This isn't
an entry-level "first job" role. We're growing a skilled shop, and experienced hands
move to the top of the pile.
Don’t check every box? If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and take pride in your work,
we’ll train the right person. Apply anyway.
