<p><span data-contrast="auto">Allen Control Systems is seeking a hands-on <strong><span data-contrast="auto">Shop Technician </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">to support daily shop operations, including retaping threaded holes, performing light fabrication work, building shipping crates, and assisting with general shop tasks. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This position will be a contract opportunity. </span></span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Basic understanding of mechanical components and threaded fasteners</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to read basic work instructions and use measuring tools</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong attention to detail and quality</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods</span><span data-contrast="auto"><br></span></li>
