<p>At THG, as a Shopper Marketing Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and define a newly created function within our growing Nutrition Division. You’ll work closely with our UK & EU commercial teams, influencing strategic decisions and driving sustainable business growth through consumer and shopper insights. <p><strong>As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you’ll:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and deliver the Customer & Shopper Marketing Strategy, aligning brand plans with relevant channels to create a clear shopper engagement vision across Europe, with a primary focus on the UK.</li>
<li>Work closely with UK & EU commercial teams to influence strategic decisions, drive growth and ROI through the development and execution of annual shopper marketing plans and budgets.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the brand, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and fully maximised marketing plans, including input into the NPD process.</li>
<li>Build strong peer-to-peer relationships with key retail partners, creating plans encompassing range, merchandising, NPD, and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Oversee the effective execution of in-store and online promotional activities, ensuring efficient implementation and maximised impact.</li>
<li>Leverage your understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour to shape the brand strategy and champion excellence in execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What skills and experience do I need for this role?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrable experience in shopper marketing across multiple environments.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage and monitor budgets to ensure maximum ROI for shopper marketing activities.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, to build robust working relationships.</li>
<li>Experience in developing and executing category management plans.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.</li>
<li>Creative thinker with an eye for innovation and new ideas.</li>
<li>Experience supporting commercial retail teams and influencing strategic decisions.</li>
</ul>
