What are you waiting for? </div>Role: Shopper Marketing Lead (FTC 12 Months) Brand / Business Unit: THG Nutrition | Myprotein Reporting to: Brand Director / B2B Sales Director Location: THG ICON 1, 7-9 Sunbank Lane, WA15 0AF THG Nutrition:   THG Nutrition is home to some of the best loved and most trusted names in wellbeing and nutrition, including Myprotein, the world's largest online sports nutrition brand, and its family of brands, Myvegan, Myvitamins and MP Activewear. In this high-visibility role, you will take charge of Shopper Marketing driving growth on a global scale.  You will lead our retail marketing efforts, from traditional shopper marketing to innovative cross-category merchandising that brings our clothing and nutrition products together in high-street stores and online retail. You will support our licensing marketing division, working with prestigious third-party partners to create and execute end-to-end launch strategies.  This role sits within the B2B team, an energetic and collaborative global function. It offers a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with significant ownership across key business areas. The creativity, agility, and dedication of our staff keep this business at the forefront of the industry, and we are looking for a leader to continue this momentum.  Key Responsibilities  Your responsibilities will be varied but will generally include:  <ul> <li>Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the Shopper Marketing strategy for retail divisions, ensuring alignment with our 5-year plan and commercial targets. </li> <li> Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results. </li> <li>Drive the retail expansion project across bricks and mortar in traditional shopper marketing retailers, </li> <li>Grow the offline and online presence for our nutrition and clothing ranges with key retailers. </li> <li>Execute the partnership model for food to go outlets. </li> <li>Manage the customer investment budget and portfolio across all retailers, delivering an ROI-driven strategy for all in-store executions. </li> <li>Work with specialist shopper agencies to create new and disruptive in-store solutions. </li> <li>Work with the licensing teams to execute the launch of new partnerships and grow existing partnerships by leveraging brand strengths to excite consumers and achieve contractual sales targets through strategic marketing levers. </li> </ul> Stakeholder Management:  <ul> <li>Act as the project lead for the business in this area, confidently presenting to customers and senior leadership (SLT) and managing relationships with internal and external creative and shopper agencies. </li> </ul> Person Specification  Essential Requirements:  <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing or shopper/retail marketing. </li> <li>Proven experience in setting Shopper Marketing strategy  </li> <li>Exceptional presenting skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. </li> <li>Excellent PowerPoint design skills and a keen visual eye. </li> <li>Strong commercial understanding with experience managing budgets and demonstrating ROI. </li> <li>Must be a confident and accountable leader, comfortable taking total ownership of projects from concept to completion. </li> </ul> Preferred Requirements:  <ul> <li>Merchandising experience is a bonus. </li> <li>Experience working in the FMCG, CPG, or health and wellness sectors. </li> <li>A strong interest in the sports and nutrition market. </li> <li>Experience managing and developing a team. </li> </ul> What’s in it for me?  Career Development  <ul> <li>Access bespoke development programmes that have been designed and developed by our in-house L&D team. </li> <li>Develop your expertise through our upskilling programme that is delivered in partnership with an industry-leading training provider. </li> </ul> Enhanced Leave  <ul> <li>25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. </li> <li>Don’t want to work on your birthday?
