About the role
We build content engines for brands, creators, and entrepreneurs. Our clients include Apple, Snapchat, Liquid Death, Golden Goose, Poppi, and MGK.
Our founders are editors. We've spent years in the timeline and we can tell in 10 seconds if someone's faking it. We're not hiring to fill a seat — we're looking for someone who's obsessed with the work.
If you want to coast, this isn't the place.
What you'll do
Cut short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for major clients. You'll have direct creative input on hooks, pacing, and storytelling. We move fast and expect our editors to lead, not wait for direction.
What we need from you
A portfolio that proves you can hold attention in under 60 seconds. You edit in Adobe — Premiere Pro and After Effects, no exceptions. You can take raw footage and build something people can't skip. You're fast, you're reliable, and you have a point of view about your edits.
