Job Title: Specialist Simulation & Analysis Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Simulation & Analysis Specialist to join our team. This role is key to delivering high-quality simulations, driving innovation, and supporting technical excellence across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality-assured calculation models and validated analysis results aligned with design targets.
- Propose and perform advanced simulations, providing actionable recommendations.
- Act as a technical expert, guiding design engineers and contributing to complex projects.
- Drive global innovation by collaborating with universities and external institutes.
- Mentor and train less experienced engineers globally, fostering continuous improvement.
- Lead method and tool development to enhance global capabilities.
- Support project evaluations to meet timelines and delivery milestones.
- Influence and contribute to roadmaps for product and system advancements.
Profile & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fatigue, durability, and brake analysis (automotive industry preferred).
- Expertise with cast components and simulation tools such as Beta CAE, Abaqus CAE, Abaqus, Nastran, and nCode DesignLife.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with tools like Tosca, ModeFrontier, and MagmaSoft is an advantage.
