About the role
The Role
We are looking for a Junior Site Development & Data Research Specialist (m/w/d) to support our expansion across Westphalia and Bavaria. This is a data-driven entry-level role with exposure to site acquisition activities. The primary focus is on data mining, research, and pipeline building, with gradual involvement in property owner outreach and deal support. You will work closely with the Sales and Site Acquisition team to identify, validate, and develop new site opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct data mining and online research to identify potential landowners and sites. Build, manage, and continuously improve a structured pipeline of site opportunities. Validate property, ownership, and geographic data from public and internal sources. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases. Support data quality, consistency, and reporting. Assist in early-stage site acquisition activities, including outreach preparation. Support communication with property owners via phone and email. Contribute to lead qualification and pipeline progression. Work alongside Site Acquisition Specialists on active deals. Help track progress against pipeline and acquisition targets. Follow defined processes and quality standards. Contribute to improving research methods, tools, and workflows. Collaborate with international teams across Germany and Europe. Support strategic initiatives related to market expansion.
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with data, research, and structured tools. Good communication skills and professional approach. Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. German fluency and good working English are required. Preferred experience includes research, administration, telesales, or customer service. Exposure to real estate, telecom, or infrastructure sectors is a plus. Familiarity with GIS, mapping tools, or land registry systems is advantageous. Interest in transitioning into site acquisition or commercial roles over time.
Profile
Highly organised and reliable with a proactive mindset. Curious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Data-driven with an interest in commercial processes. Team-oriented with a hands-on approach. Motivated to grow into broader site acquisition or sales responsibilities.
Location & Working Model
Germany, with focus on Westphalia and Bavaria regions. Hybrid working model combining remote work with some field exposure depending on business needs.
What We Offer
Structured onboarding and training covering both data research and site acquisition fundamentals. A strong entry point into telecom and renewable infrastructure investment. Exposure to both data-driven processes and commercial deal execution. A collaborative and international team environment. Clear career progression into Site Acquisition or Sales roles. Competitive salary aligned with entry-level market standards.
