<p><strong>Location</strong>: Baltimore, MD</p>
<p><strong>Reports to</strong>: Vice President Operations - East</p>
<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong> Adolescent & Young Adult Outpatient Treatment Facility</p>
<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $85,000 - $115,000 Annual Salary + Up to 15% Bonus Potential & Full Time Benefits </p>

<h3><strong>Po</strong><strong>sition</strong><strong> Overview</strong>:</h3>
<p>The Site Director OPC oversees care delivery and manages Sandstone’s PHP, IOP, and other outpatient treatment programs. Responsible for the facility's success, the achievement of annual quality and financial goals, and implementation of policies. Responsibilities also include administrative and clinical supervision of all direct care staff. This role recruits and hires treatment staff, verifies professional credentials, manages peer review processes to improve clinical practices, and provides direct client services as needed. Occasional evenings and weekends may be necessary.</p>

<h3><strong>What Success Looks Like in This Role: </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Site Leadership and Supervision</span>: The ability to lead and supervise clinical staff effectively, ensuring adherence to treatment standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation guidelines.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Program Development and Implementation</span>: Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing treatment programs and curricula that align with evidence-based practices and the specific needs of adolescent clients.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge</span>: A deep understanding of regulatory standards (such as JCAHO and BHA) and the ability to ensure that the program complies with all relevant guidelines and requirements.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Communication and Team Collaboration</span>: Strong communication skills to foster a supportive environment, maintain consistent communication with staff, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team of therapists and healthcare professionals.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Recruitment and Staff Development</span>: Competence in recruiting, hiring, and developing clinical staff, ensuring that team members meet professional standards and are continuously supported in their roles for optimal client care.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Operational Effectiveness</span>: Manage strategies to improve cost, quality, and/or service of the site.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Financial Acumen:</span> Responsible for overall performance of site KPl's and financial outcomes.</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Training & Experience</strong>:</h3>
<ul>
<li><em><u>Licensed Practitioner in the state of Maryland (or outside state with the ability to transfer) <strong>is required (LPC, LCSW-C, or LMFT) </strong></u></em></li>
<li><em>All staff must be CPR Certified prior to beginning employment</em></li>
<li>Demonstrated clinical expertise in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders and co-occurring substance use disorders, including experience with evidence-based interventions and integrated care approaches</li>
<li>Preferred experience within higher levels of care, including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), residential treatment, and/or detoxification settings</li>
<li><em>Candidate</em><em> has a <strong>minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience and supervisory experience.</strong></em></li>
<li><em>Candidates must have an understanding and experience with regulatory agency compliance (such as State regulations and the Join Commission) as well as program development</em></li>
