Position Title: Site Engineer
Department: Engineering / Projects
Location: New Cairo – El Tagamoa
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Salary Range: Starting from 14,000 EGP (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Reports To: Project Manager / Construction Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Ensure quality control and resolve any technical issues on-site.
Support in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum [2] years of experience in site supervision and project execution.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
