Site Manger

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. The Site Manager will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within the allocated budget and timeline. This role involves coordinating with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to quality standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all construction activities align with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on status, issues, and achievements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve any issues and facilitate smooth workflow.
• Manage resource allocation to optimize efficiency and project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software is advantageous.
