Skid Steer Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating skid steer equipment efficiently across various job sites while maintaining high safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
• Perform grading, loading, and site preparation tasks as directed.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks.
• Work safely around trucks, personnel, and site obstacles.
• Report faults, complete job sheets, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
  

Requirements

• Valid license/certification to operate skid steer equipment.
• Proven experience operating skid steers in a construction or similar environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet project timelines.
• Willingness to operate other equipment if required (with appropriate license).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
