<div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <p><strong>SkillBridge Internship (Must Be Active Duty)</strong></p> <p>Electronic Contracting Company (ECC)</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> All ECC Locations (Kansas City, Lincoln, Omaha, Springfield, Wichita)<br><strong>Type:</strong> Internship (SkillBridge – Active Duty Only)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Program Overview</strong></p> <p>Electronic Contracting Company (ECC) is proud to participate in the Department of War SkillBridge Program, offering transitioning service members the opportunity to gain hands-on civilian work experience during the final portion of their military service.</p> <p>This internship is designed to help bridge the gap between military service and a long-term civilian career by providing real-world experience, structured training, and exposure to multiple areas of our business.</p> <p>SkillBridge participants will remain on active duty and will continue to receive military pay and benefits during the internship.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p>During this program, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in <strong>on-the-job training</strong> within an assigned department</li> <li>Work alongside ECC team members in an <strong>entry- to mid-level role aligned to your experience</strong> &nbsp;</li> <li>Develop transferable skills in areas such as:</li> <ul> <li>Operations / Field Services</li> <li>Sales &amp; Customer Support</li> <li>Engineering / Installation</li> <li>Administrative / Business Operations</li> </ul> <li>Follow a consistent work schedule (typically aligned to a full-time schedule) &nbsp;</li> <li>Gain exposure to ECC’s systems, processes, and core values</li> <li>Build relationships with leadership and team members across the organization</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Program Structure</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assigned to a department based on your experience, interests, and business needs</li> <li>Structured onboarding and training plan</li> <li>Ongoing mentorship and support from ECC leaders</li> <li>Opportunities for professional development and networking</li> <li>Regular check-ins to support your transition into the civilian workforce</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Program Goals</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide transitioning service members with meaningful, hands-on experience in a civilian work environment</li> <li>Develop job-ready skills aligned with ECC’s business needs</li> <li>Support a smooth and confident transition out of military service</li> <li>Identify potential future ECC team members for long-term opportunities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements</strong></p> <p>Applicants must meet all requirements of the DoD SkillBridge Program:</p> <ul> <li>Must be <strong>currently serving on active duty</strong> in a branch of the U.S. Military &nbsp;</li> <li>Must be within <strong>180 days of separation or retirement</strong></li> <li>Must receive command approval to participate in SkillBridge</li> <li>Must complete ECC’s application and interview process</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Important Notes</strong></p> <ul> <li>This internship is <strong>unpaid</strong> through ECC</li> <li>Participants will continue to receive <strong>military pay, benefits, and allowances</strong> during the program</li> <li>Any personal expenses (housing, travel, etc.) are the participant’s responsibility</li> <li>Participation does <strong>not guarantee employment</strong>, but successful candidates may be considered for future opportunities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why ECC</strong></p> <p>At ECC, we value:</p> <ul> <li>Accountability and follow-through</li> <li>Strong work ethic and teamwork</li> <li>Clear communication and ownership</li> <li>Leaders who step up and support others</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>We recognize the discipline, leadership, and technical skills service members bring — and we are committed to helping you translate that into a meaningful civilian career.</p> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
