<p>We are seeking a Junior to Mid-level Recruiting Apprentice through the SkillBridge program. This role is designed for transitioning service members interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and human resources.</p>
<p>This is a 6-month Skillbridge apprenticeship designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development during the transition from military to civilian careers.</p>
<p>This opportunity will support the Director of Recruiting and Talent Strategy and provide exposure to full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced, global organization.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Gain experience sourcing candidates through available online resources </li>
<li>Conduct initial phone screens and engage with prospective candidates</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones</li>
<li>Support the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer stages</li>
<li>Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate data entry, compliance with recruiting processes, and accountability across all stages</li>
<li>Provide basic analysis and insights to support recruiting efforts and process improvements</li>

<li>Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset</li>
<li>Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources</li>
</ul>
