<h4>General Position Summary</h4> <p>Slime Mold Productions is W+K’s in-house production group. We provide agency-wide production and post production support with a focus on nimble, quick turn executions. We strive for excellence, compassion and kindness in every element of our work. It is our expectation that each team member will offer their services wherever and whenever necessary to ensure the success of our endeavors and to pursue individual career growth.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4>Major Responsibilities/Primary Functions</h4> <ul> <li>Work with production and creative teams to help shoot and edit internal and public facing content, including case studies, mood films, sizzles, branded content, and social assets&nbsp;</li> <li>Fulfill PA duties and provide general support to in-house production team during larger shoots&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in-house production team in prep and upkeep of on-site stage and production gear</li> <li>Assist in-house editors with footage searches, transcoding &amp; logging, media management, sound design, VO recordings, motion graphics, color correction, and archiving&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in fulfilling various agency requests including event footage capture, media compression &amp; encoding, reel creation, and spot posting&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <h4>Qualifications, Distinguishing Characteristics and Special Requirements</h4> <ul> <li>Passion for the art and craft of storytelling</li> <li>Degree in film, media studies or related discipline, or equivalent work experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Firm grip on fundamentals of filming and editing techniques, formats, and equipment</li> <li>Demonstrated passion for the craft of storytelling, and a natural curiosity to explore content trends, styles, and approaches&nbsp;</li> <li>High levels of creativity and professionalism, a keen attention to detail</li> <li>Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and to work thru challenges collaboratively</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>W+K Core Mission -&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>“Use creativity and influence to change the world and impact culture.”</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em>Wieden+Kennedy is committed to inclusivity and anti-racism in everything we do, fostering an environment of belonging and collaboration for all.
