Slovak Speaking Customer Service for Consumer Electronics Brand in Greece

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Consumer Electronics Brand based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of consumer electronic products.

Your fluency in Slovak will be essential in helping clients navigate product features, troubleshoot issues, and understand warranty and repair processes. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics queries
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality
• Stay informed about the latest trends in consumer electronics and new product launches

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in consumer electronics or retail, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in consumer electronics and a passion for assisting customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
