Slovak-Speaking Customer Support for Subscription-Based Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Subscription-Based Services Department! In this important role, you will be the key communicator for our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our subscription services and ensuring they have an excellent experience with our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with subscription inquiries, account management, and service features
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Participate in training sessions to stay knowledgeable on our subscription services

Requirements

• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms
