Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Slovak Speaking Reservations Agent to support Booking.com's operations in Greece. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your Slovak language skills in the dynamic travel and hospitality sector, assisting customers with their accommodation needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Slovak-speaking customers with accommodation bookings through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide precise information on properties, rates, and Booking.com's booking policies.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and bookings within Booking.com's reservation system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve challenges proactively.
• Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance may be provided.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
