Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a Slovak Speaking Reservations Agent to join their team supporting Booking.com's operations in Greece. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the travel and hospitality industry, providing excellent service to Slovak-speaking customers and helping them with their accommodation reservations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Slovak-speaking clients with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide clear and accurate information about properties, pricing, and Booking.com policies.
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in Booking.com's reservation system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to use online booking and CRM systems effectively.
• Capable of handling stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
• Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance may be available.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
