Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Slovenian-Speaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic Gaming & e-Sports Department in Greece! As a content moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content in the gaming and e-sports community in Slovenian
• Review and evaluate submissions and interactions to ensure they align with community standards
• Assist players via forums and chat platforms, providing support and addressing inquiries
• Identify and escalate inappropriate behavior or content as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to improve user experiences and community engagement
• Stay informed about the latest trends in gaming and e-sports for effective moderation
• Help cultivate a respectful and inclusive community environment for all players

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong knowledge of gaming and e-sports culture
• Prior experience in content moderation or community management is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• A genuine passion for gaming and a commitment to fostering positive online interactions
