Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Slovenian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department! In this essential role, you will provide support to our Slovenian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive insurance policies and claims processing. Your expertise and language skills will be crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience during potentially stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Slovenian via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to automotive insurance
• Guide clients through the claims process, providing clear and accurate information
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our support systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
• Educate customers about their insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits
• Collect feedback from clients to improve our services
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on policy changes and industry regulations

Requirements

• A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• A customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering quality service
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with insurance software and customer service platforms is a plus
