In this crucial entry-level role, you will provide exemplary support to our Slovenian-speaking users, assisting them with inquiries related to our ride-sharing platform. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience while utilizing our services.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Slovenian through phone, email, and chat
• Assist riders and drivers with questions about the ride-sharing application and services
• Document customer interactions in our support system accurately
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex issues
• Offer detailed information about promotions, ride options, and app features
• Gather feedback to enhance service quality
• Participate in training sessions to stay current with product updates and features

Requirements

• A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
