Job Summary
Location: KSA – On-site
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Smart Home Product Manager to lead the development, positioning, and growth of a newly established Smart Homes department. The role will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from market research and product selection to launch, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in smart home solutions or related technology products, with a solid understanding of product strategy, market needs, and customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and manage the smart home product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
• Select and manage smart home product portfolios, ensuring alignment with market demand.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support product launches.
• Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and quality.
• Support marketing teams with product knowledge and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure continuous improvement of product offerings based on market evolution.
Requirements
Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Smart Home or related technology sectors.
• Prior experience in smart home products or IoT-based solutions is mandatory.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and market analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, technical).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
• Deep knowledge of smart home systems, IoT devices, and automation technologies.
• Experience in launching technology products in competitive markets.
• Ability to work in bilingual environments (Arabic & English).
