<p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Purpose of Position</strong></p> <p>The SME Sales Manager - LATAM position will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of Awin’s presence with a strong focus on LATAM. This strategic role focuses on educating and guiding small and medium sized advertisers through the value proposition of Awin’s affiliate marketing platform and managed services. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective advertisers, building strong relationships, and offering tailored solutions that demonstrate the effectiveness of Awin’s platform to drive performance and business growth.</p> <p><strong>Key Tasks</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop &amp; maintain an accurate Latam<strong> </strong>and Global prospect/sales pipeline&nbsp;daily&nbsp;of&nbsp;all&nbsp;sales&nbsp;activities,&nbsp;leads&nbsp;and&nbsp;interactions&nbsp;using&nbsp;Salesforce CRM system</li> <li>Conduct&nbsp;targeted&nbsp;outbound&nbsp;prospecting&nbsp;efforts&nbsp;to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and&nbsp;engage&nbsp;potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other channels</li> <li>Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively&nbsp;communicate&nbsp;how&nbsp;our&nbsp;product/service&nbsp;can&nbsp;address&nbsp;their&nbsp;specific requirements</li> <li>Communicate,&nbsp;liaise,&nbsp;and&nbsp;negotiate&nbsp;internally&nbsp;and&nbsp;externally&nbsp;using&nbsp;appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships</li> <li>Deliver&nbsp;persuasive&nbsp;and&nbsp;compelling&nbsp;sales&nbsp;presentations&nbsp;and&nbsp;demonstrations&nbsp;to showcase the unique value proposition of our product/service</li> <li>Adopt&nbsp;a&nbsp;consultative&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;mature&nbsp;approach,&nbsp;engaging&nbsp;with&nbsp;senior&nbsp;decision-makers about strategic market trends, industry progression and online developments</li> <li>Ensure consistency in introductions/proposals to prospects, including market sector&nbsp;targeting,&nbsp;product&nbsp;offer&nbsp;development,&nbsp;features-benefits-solutions&nbsp;selling</li> <li>Attend&nbsp;appropriate&nbsp;client&nbsp;and&nbsp;industry,&nbsp;in&nbsp;person&nbsp;and&nbsp;virtual,&nbsp;events&nbsp;to&nbsp;enhance new and existing relationships acting as a point of knowledge and expertise</li> <li>Engage&nbsp;in&nbsp;continuous&nbsp;development&nbsp;and&nbsp;learning&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;through&nbsp;Awin Academy, webinars, and more</li> <li>Drive&nbsp;and&nbsp;oversee&nbsp;the&nbsp;full&nbsp;sales&nbsp;cycle&nbsp;from&nbsp;initial&nbsp;prospecting&nbsp;to&nbsp;a&nbsp;signed contract and internal handoff</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Expertise&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>To&nbsp;be&nbsp;successful&nbsp;you&nbsp;will&nbsp;need&nbsp;to&nbsp;meet&nbsp;the&nbsp;below requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Preferred&nbsp;affiliate&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;experience&nbsp;but&nbsp;not&nbsp;required</li> <li>Required to go into the office at least once per week or as needed depending on client meetings, events, etc.</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;networking&nbsp;and&nbsp;interpersonal&nbsp;skills&nbsp;with&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;work&nbsp;harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team</li> <li>Confident&nbsp;communicator&nbsp;who&nbsp;is&nbsp;comfortable&nbsp;interacting&nbsp;with&nbsp;clients&nbsp;via telephone and email</li> <li>Results-orientation&nbsp;and&nbsp;drive&nbsp;to&nbsp;maximize&nbsp;both&nbsp;financial&nbsp;and&nbsp;career opportunities</li> <li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;work&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;fast-paced&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;dynamic&nbsp;environment</li> <li>Excellent&nbsp;written&nbsp;and&nbsp;verbal&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills&nbsp;and&nbsp;computer&nbsp;literacy including all MS Office applications and Salesforce</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Flexi-Week and Work-Life Balance</strong>: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing, offering you a flexible four-day Flexi-Week at full pay and with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
