Responsibilities

• Take up various projects assigned to ensure project being delivered on time with quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer-centric initiatives and drive business implementation on time with quality
• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to support the development of innovative solutions that cater to the evolving needs of the target customer segment
• Assist customer segment to drive key initiatives across all customer segment and co-work with internal and external parties where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Marketing
• Experience in private banking, retail banking and/or finacial industry are preferred 
• Demonstrated expertise in customer segmentation and proposition
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of business initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and drive data-driven decision-making
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
