Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability for the Treasures segment within the Consumer Banking Group
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the Treasures customer base and deepen existing client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative products, services, and initiatives that cater to the unique needs of Treasures clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and guide the development of targeted sales and marketing strategies
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to support the Treasures business, contributing to the overall success of the Consumer Banking Group
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and growing a customer portfolio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams
