<p><strong>Job Title: Security Operations and Governance Manager</strong></p> <p><strong>Department:</strong> Information Security<br><strong>Location:</strong> Bengaluru</p> <p><strong>Role Objective</strong></p> <p>Lead and mature enterprise security operations, governance, endpoint security, incident readiness, exposure management, AI security initiatives, and cybersecurity control effectiveness across the organization.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Security Operations &amp; Governance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Govern SOC / security monitoring operations and incident management activities&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee security tooling, monitoring effectiveness, and operational reporting&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead incident readiness, playbooks, tabletop exercises, and response governance&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Endpoint &amp; Security Controls</strong></p> <ul> <li>Govern endpoint security controls including EDR/XDR, DLP, device compliance, encryption, and endpoint hardening&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive security tooling effectiveness and control optimization&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Vulnerability &amp; Exposure Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee vulnerability management, VAPT, attack surface monitoring, GitGuardian, and exposure tracking&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive remediation governance and risk reduction initiatives&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Governance &amp; Risk</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support ISO 27001, audits, client assurance, and risk integration activities&nbsp;</li> <li>Align operational findings with enterprise risk management&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI Security &amp; Governance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support AI governance initiatives, secure AI adoption, and AI usage controls&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive AI risk awareness, policy implementation, and security reviews for AI solutions&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>8 - 12 years</strong> of experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum <strong>4+ years</strong> in Security Operations, Security Governance, Incident Response, or Security Management roles&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in SOC operations, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and exposure monitoring environments&nbsp;</li> <li>Exposure to enterprise security tooling, governance programs, and risk management activities&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience supporting audits, client assurance, and compliance initiatives preferred&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills / Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Security Operations / SOC Governance&nbsp;</li> <li>Endpoint Security &amp; EDR Platforms&nbsp;</li> <li>Vulnerability Management &amp; Exposure Monitoring&nbsp;</li> <li>Incident Response &amp; Risk Management&nbsp;</li> <li>AI Security / AI Governance awareness&nbsp;</li> <li>ISO 27001 / Client Assurance exposure&nbsp;</li> <li>Security Tool Governance &amp; Optimization&nbsp;</li> <li>Stakeholder and Vendor Management&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s Degree in:</p> <ul> <li>Cyber Security&nbsp;</li> <li>Information Security&nbsp;</li> <li>Computer Science&nbsp;</li> <li>Information Technology&nbsp;</li> <li>Engineering or related disciplines&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Master’s degree preferred.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Certifications</strong></p> <p>CISSP | CISM | GCIH | GCIA | SC-100 | SC-200 | AZ-500 | ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor</p> <p><strong>Key Skills</strong></p> <p>Managed SOC Governance • Security Operations • Incident Governance • Endpoint Security • Zscaler • EDR / XDR • Vulnerability Management • VAPT • ASM • GitGuardian • Cyber Risk • Vendor Management</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Note:</strong></p> <blockquote class="gmail_quote"><em>By submitting your application, you consent to being contacted by our Talent Acquisition team via phone call, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels regarding your application and relevant career opportunities.</em></blockquote> <p></p></div>
