<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Care Leader for its client's Disability Services team at Westmeath, Ireland. Our client is seeking a committed and compassionate Social Care Leader to provide care and support through a person-centred approach which meets the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with an Intellectual Disability.<br></span></p>
<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Guide and support a team of Social Care Workers to ensure the highest standards of care.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Deputy Manager and Social Care Manager to build a positive, nurturing environment.</li>
<li>Contribute to team development and the smooth operation of the service.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role you must have, </p>
<ul>
<li>Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved or eligible).</li>
<li>Full, clean manual driving licence.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years’ experience at Social Care grade </li>
<li>Strong understanding of HIQA/Tusla standards and trauma-informed practice</li>
</ul>
