Working at the intersection of cultural trends, audience insights, and brand objectives, you'll craft strategies that resonate deeply with American consumers while driving measurable business impact. We're looking for someone who can identify emerging cultural currents and translate them into actionable creative direction, finding innovative approaches that elevate our brands beyond traditional category boundaries. Success means developing strategies that not only drive engagement and sales but position our ice cream brands as genuine cultural icons in the US market <h3> What you will be doing: </h3> <ul> <li>Develop strategies that deliver maximum cultural impact </li> <li>Ensure strategies deliver maximum commercial impact </li> <li>Integrate influencers and creators as core elements of the approach </li> <li>Use Gen AI to accelerate and augment the strategy development process </li> <li>Brief creatives, creators, and social teams with clarity and inspiration </li> <li>Bring to life audiences and cultural trends in an insightful, relevant, and inspiring way </li> <li>Guide creative development to ensure work resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand integrity </li> <li>Work with our Cultural Insight Analyst to surface fresh insights for our strategies </li> <li>Ensure all thinking is data-backed and strategically sound </li> <li>Unpack the latest audience and social trends for our teams and clients </li> <li>Identify emerging cultural moments relevant to ice cream brands </li> <li>Guide the analysis of campaigns and always-on activity to extract relevant learnings </li> <li>Proactively monitor competition and muse brands to draw applicable insights </li> <li>Develop strong relationships with client insight teams to maximize value from their data </li> <li>Find innovative use cases to accelerate and improve strategy development </li> <li>Educate and inspire the team on AI capabilities and applications </li> <li>Pioneer new approaches to using AI in the strategic process </li> </ul> <h3>What you need to be great in this role: </h3> <ul> <li>You’re deeply online — TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, Twitter, niche forums — and you know the difference between a moment and a movement. </li> <li>You’re fluent in campaign development and content ecosystems — from Super Bowl-scale to scrappy UGC-style. </li> <li>You’re AI-curious (if not AI-fluent) — and you’ve started integrating tools into how you think, brief, and ideate. </li> <li>You’re a strong presenter, a natural collaborator, and the kind of person who makes clients feel both inspired and understood.  </li> <li>Strong experience building social strategies, including influencer/creator integration </li> <li>Proven ability to identify audience insights and analyze social trends </li> <li>Experience working collaboratively with creative and social teams to deliver culturally impactful and commercially successful work </li> <li>Experience using Gen AI to enhance strategy development </li> <li>Strong analytical and creative capabilities </li> <li>Ability to distill actionable insights from multiple data sources, particularly social listening tools and performance dashboards </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills </li> <li>Working knowledge of major LLMs and best practice prompting </li> <li>Team player who enjoys building solutions and ideas collaboratively </li> <li>Passionate social native who's obsessed with cultural trends and movements </li> <li>Creatively driven with a love for groundbreaking ideas </li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering tangible results </li> <li>At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $102,000.00 to $114,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
