About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Executive who can combine social media management with performance-driven creator partnerships.

This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, supporting content strategy, and most importantly, driving revenue through TikTok Shop, Meta, and affiliate marketing programs. The ideal candidate understands creator ecosystems, knows how to build relationships with influencers and affiliates, and has a proven ability to generate sales through partnership-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

●     Manage and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.

●     Assist in developing and executing social media content calendars.

●     Coordinate with designers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

●     Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

●     Track and report on content performance and audience growth.

Affiliate & Creator Partnerships

●     Identify, recruit, and onboard creators, influencers, and affiliates aligned with the brand.

●     Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliate partners.

●     Negotiate commission structures, affiliate agreements, and partnership terms.

●     Manage affiliate programs on TikTok Shop and other relevant platforms.

●     Coordinate product seeding and campaign execution with creators.

●     Ensure creators consistently publish content that drives traffic and sales.

Revenue Growth & Performance Marketing

●     Own affiliate-generated revenue targets and sales KPIs.

●     Develop strategies to increase product sales through creator-generated content.

●     Track creator performance, conversion rates, ROAS, and affiliate sales.

●     Analyze campaign data and optimize partnerships based on performance.

●     Work closely with paid media teams to amplify high-performing creator content.

●     Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns across TikTok and Meta.

Reporting & Analytics

●     Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.

●     Monitor affiliate revenue, creator performance, engagement, and sales metrics.

●     Present actionable recommendations for growth and optimization.

Requirements

●     3+ years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field.

●     Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and creator ecosystems.

●     Experience working with TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, or influencer partnerships.

●     Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

●     Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.

●     Experience using social media management and analytics tools.

●     Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

●     Experience managing creator campaigns for e-commerce brands.

●     Understanding of paid social advertising and content boosting strategies.

●     Experience in affiliate software/platforms and influencer management tools.

●     Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brands.
