<p><sup><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">PolyAI is looking for a Senior Social Media & Communications Manager to own how we show up externally and internally. You’ll run our social channels, help shape the corporate narrative, elevate our leaders’ voices, and make sure our employees feel connected and informed. You’ll turn launches, customer moments, and category news into owned, earned, and paid social that lands.</span></sup></p>
<p><sup><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You'll sit inside Comms and work closely with PR, Brand and Content, and Product Marketing. This is a strategic role for someone who can set a communications roadmap and execute it, speaking fluently to both the enterprise buyer and the developer who builds on PolyAI.</span></sup></p>

You build and run your own engine, using AI agents and automations to draft, version, repurpose, schedule, and report at a pace that scales beyond one person. <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><sup><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Hands-on experience at a B2B technology company, ideally a best-in-class scale-up</span></sup></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><sup><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong social-native writing, with a feel for voice and platform differences</span></sup></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><sup><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Comfort with enterprise buyers as the primary audience, with developer or technical audience experience a plus</span></sup></li>
