Ogilvy Greece seeks a Social Media Content Creator - Tik Tok to join its team on its top telco account. This is a hands-on creative role combining content ideation, video production, and client-facing presentation. You will be part of a strategic ecosystem that provides direction and support — your job is to bring ideas to life with speed, quality, and platform fluency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media/content creation (agency experience a plus)
• Strong TikTok portfolio (brand, freelance, or personal content accepted)
• Hands-on video shooting skills (smartphone + basic lighting/audio setup)
• Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro)
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and algorithm behavior
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate campaign-level ideas
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills (client-facing experience is a plus)
• Excellent Greek & English communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Fast-paced mindset with strong execution ability

Responsibilities

• Develop TikTok-first content ideas, campaigns, and creative activations
• Turn strategic briefs into platform-native, culturally relevant content
• Participate in brainstorms and help shape creative concepts & content series
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments
• Shoot, produce, and edit short-form video content (mobile-first mindset)
• Manage end-to-end content production from idea to delivery
• Execute on-location shoots (events, stores, client activations, external sets)
• Deliver fast-turnaround, trend-reactive content when needed
• Present ideas, content calendars, and concepts to clients with confidence
• Collaborate in client meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions
• Monitor competitor activity and translate insights into actionable content ideas
• Adapt content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
