<p>We are building a financial center for everyone, everywhere. In the near term we are starting with Latinos from all over the American continent with a focus on those living in the U.S.</p>
<p><a href="https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ugly-cash/id1587912468">Ugly Cash members in the U.S.</a> get banking (checking account and debit card via our partner bank) plus sending dollars to Latin America at no cost, instantly. Like Zelle, Venmo or Cash App but international.</p>
<p>We are looking someone that can join our ambitious Storytelling team. The goal? Create the most bold and iconic brand that do things differently from the 99% of the financial establishment.</p>
<p>The candidate is someone who resonates with our brand premise: <strong>Your bank won’t do this.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p>
<p>This role is dedicated grow the Ugly Cash brand on social media channels (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/verygoodbanking/">Instagram</a> and <a href="https://tiktok.com/@verygoodbanking">TikTok</a>)</p>
<p>While is not mandatory, the ideal candidate is part (or have a deep understanding) of young Latino culture in the United States. Knows their experiences, perspectives and is strongly connected with their hype radar.</p>
<p>The candidate plays in all the fields: can handle social media, online or offline initiatives. From video content creation to production of assets.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create content that speaks to Gen Z in the U.S.</li>
<li>Manage Ugly Cash social media channels (publish content, respond comments of the community and users of the app).</li>
<li>Cool hunting of trendy personalities that influence the Gen Z Latinos in the U.S.</li>
<li>Concept ideation, editing and execution for TikTok and Instagram reels videos.</li>
<li>Monitor social media trends consumed by Gen Z Latinos in the U.S. to ensure content is current and impactful.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Creative team in Buenos Aires and Mexico City to craft multiple videos per week that connect with our core audience and drive awareness to our brand.</li>
<li>Brand Advocacy: Build a team of brand advocates or ambassadors within the community who can spread positive word-of-mouth and provide testimonials.</li>
<li>Community Support and Problem-Solving: Act as a point of contact for the community, addressing queries and concerns. This may involve coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years experience as content creator.</li>
<li>Fluent in both Spanish and English is a plus</li>
<li>High aesthetic standards.</li>
<li>Proven experience in social media management, particularly in engaging young audiences.</li>
<li>Self-editing experience, and an ability to proofread and tweak video scripts until it's just right.</li>
<li>Ability to quickly deliver clear, concise, engaging copy that meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects at once.</li>
<li>Natural storyteller with a strong sense for what makes a story compelling.</li>
<li>Meticulous proofreader with excellent attention to detail.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to travel to different points of California</li>
<li>Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
</ul>
