About the role
<h2 data-start="171" data-end="591">As a Social Media Executive, you’ll bring brands to life across digital platforms. You’ll plan and manage content, track performance, spot trends, and work closely with internal teams to drive engagement and results. From managing client portfolios to creating content, this role is perfect for someone who’s creative, data-driven, and always plugged into what’s trending.</h2>
<h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Monitor analytics and metrics to gauge success of social media posts and ad campaigns. </li>
<li>Research social media trends and hashtags that relate to a target audience’s interests</li>
<li>Manage a social media content calendar for various channels, planning and scheduling posts in advance</li>
<li>Maintain a cohesive social media strategy across various channels to achieve high levels of user engagement</li>
<li>Manage a portfolio of clients assigned to you and assist in increasing the overall market share.</li>
<li>Able to develop contents and be talent when necessary </li>
<li>Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business by liaising with the internal strategic planning & creative teams.</li>
<li>Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>A bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in marketing or a related field</li>
<li>Experience in social media at Social Agencies or AdTech companies for a minimum of 1-3 years.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience using social media to build brand awareness</li>
<li>Excellent command of English. Added value if you can command in Mandarin and Bahasa as well. </li>
<li>Target and result-oriented mind with a passion for working independently.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, well organized, with a good sense of responsibility.</li>
