Social Media Manager

We’ve grown tremendously over the past few years and our future looks even brighter.  In fact, we’ve just moved into a brand new multi-million dollar headquarters just west of Philly in a town called Conshohocken. Due to our exceptional growth, we’re on the hunt for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow all of our social media platforms.  You’ll need to have experience developing social media strategy and content. If you’re tired of agency life and want to work for a fun, quirky and growing company, this may be the perfect job for you.  Just to be clear, this is not an entry level position for someone wanting to learn social media. We want a seasoned vet to lead our company to the social media promised land.

 

 

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and manage our social media calendar and posting schedule for all of our social media accounts.
• Write witty and on-brand content.
• Take eye-catching photos and curate our company album to be used for social media.
• Design all social media content.
• Respond appropriately to comments and engage our audience. 
• Develop KPI’s to report and report to management on a bi-weekly basis.

Experience/Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a similar role
• A strong understanding on how to use social media to achieve the desired result
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with picture editing software
• Strong copywriting skills
