About the role
Global Pacific Support is proudly partnering with one of our clients to recruit a highly skilled Social Media Manager. We are seeking a strategic and detail-driven professional who can elevate the brand’s digital presence and foster meaningful engagement across all major social platforms. This role demands creativity, data-driven decision-making, and strong communication abilities to deliver measurable results and consistent brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
- Produce and publish high-quality, on-brand content that is timely, relevant, and aligned with brand standards
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reporting with actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities to enhance reach, engagement, and community development
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and organizational initiatives
- Safeguard brand voice and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand, agency, or organization
- Demonstrated success in building and executing effective social media strategies
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
- Proficiency with social media analytics and scheduling/management tools
- Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical decision-making
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
