Key Responsibilities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 4β6 yearsβ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record in managing content delivery and community engagement for brands.
- Experience working with analytics, scheduling, and listening tools.
- Exposure to client communication and campaign reporting.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Operations, Analytics, and Client Services.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into recommendations.
- Effective communicator across teams and levels.
- Creative and adaptable, with an understanding of visual and written brand expression.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and algorithmic impact on performance.
- Accountable, reliable, and proactive in managing workload and deadlines.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Curious and eager to learn, with awareness of evolving social and digital trends.
- Experience in paid social or influencer activation.
- Familiarity with automation, AI, or performance optimisation tools.
- Basic design or editing capability using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
