Job Title: Digital Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist

• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop engaging content and manage social media platforms. This role requires a strong eye for design, trends, and storytelling, along with the ability to analyze performance and optimize content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) across social media platforms
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut and similar platforms
• Design visual assets using Canva
• Schedule and manage posts using Rella or similar social media tools
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build audience interaction
• Track and report content performance using Google Sheets and Excel
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Collaborate with team members to align content with marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Proficiency in:
• Rella
• Canva
• CapCut
• Google Sheets
• Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in video editing and short-form content creation
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Background in digital marketing, communications, or related field
