We seek someone with critical thinking, a social-first approach, a strong visual and digital culture, capable of transforming data and cultural insights into innovative communication strategies.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>What You'll Do:</h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Strategic Vision Definition: Develop social media strategies, establishing the purpose, tone of voice, and content pillars for brands in international markets.</li> <li>Analysis and Diagnosis: Conduct brand, competitor, and digital culture audits to identify tensions, opportunities, and communication territories.</li> <li>Briefing Development: Translate business objectives and consumer insights into inspiring creative briefs that serve as a clear starting point for the creative team.</li> <li>Content and Influence Architecture: Design content frameworks and influencer ecosystems, defining the formats, platforms, and creator profiles that best serve brand objectives.</li> <li>Measurement and Optimization: Establish KPIs and success measurement models, focusing on data analysis to continuously optimize strategy.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>What You'll Need:</h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Strategic and Conceptual Thinking: Proven ability to transform complex data and cultural insights into simple yet powerful communication strategies.</li> <li>Storytelling and Argumentation: Excellent communication skills to build and present strategic narratives (rationales, proposals, etc.) clearly and persuasively.</li> <li>Deep Knowledge of the Digital Ecosystem: Mastery of social platforms, their algorithms, formats, and, above all, user behavior dynamics on each.</li> <li>Business Acumen: Solid understanding of marketing and how social media strategy integrates with and contributes to the client's overall business objectives.</li> <li>Shopper / Commerce Focus: Thinking oriented towards creative and social shopping, as well as social media actions with commercial objectives.</li> <li>Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years in strategy roles (Social, Digital, Planning) within an agency setting, with a portfolio demonstrating experience with international clients.</li> <li>English Fluency: C1 proficiency level or higher (mandatory) for oral and written communication and presentation of strategic documents.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-EMEA</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span class="normaltextrun"><span lang="EN-GB"><span lang="EN-GB">We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
