Social Media & Video Specialist

As a Growth Specialist, you will:

• Build Netguru's brand visibility in video - own Netguru's short-form video presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept to publish
• Turn our case studies, team expertise, and technical topics into content people actually watch
• Use AI tools (eg. Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI) as a core part of your production workflow - not as a bonus
• Work closely with marketing, brand, and growth to make video pull its weight in the funnel

Salary range:

Poland & EU: PLN 6,600 - 11,000 (B2B contract) + 20 paid days off

Poland: PLN 5,500 - 9,500 (Contract of Employment).

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years creating and editing short-form video, with a portfolio that shows real growth on at least one channel
• Comfortable on camera — you've filmed yourself before and it doesn't show
• Proficient in tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects; you don't need a production team to ship polished content
• Hands-on with AI video tools — generative video, AI editing, synthetic voiceover
• Organized enough to manage your own workload, deadlines, and a small budget
• Fluent in Polish and English

Nice to have:

• Experience making B2B or tech content feel human and watchable
• Motion graphics basics
• Podcast or webinar video production and repurposing
• Any relevant certification (eg. HubSpot Content Marketing)
