Social Worker - Adult Community & Learning Disability - Orkney Islands

<p>Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for an Adult Community &amp; LD team on the Orkney Islands. In this role, you will undertake assessments and case management for adults and carers under relevant legislation, develop and monitor care packages, and empower individuals to achieve independence and fulfil their potential. You will collaborate with multi-agency teams, chair meetings, and attend court hearings as required.
